This session will feature representatives of the various options for selling your arts and crafts online, who will discuss how to bring and how to resolve a dispute within their marketplace. We’ll also provide you a general understanding of how to handle infringement allegations, including how to employ mediation. Finally, we’ll go over best practices for dealing with customer disputes.

The series has been organized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in collaboration with the United States Department of the Interior’s Indian Arts and Crafts Board and Indian Dispute Resolution Services.
