Stress Reduction Through Meditation

In partnership with the Institute of American Indian Arts School of Continuing Education, IDRS presents Stress Reduction Through Meditation. In this one-hour webinar you will learn to develop strategies to control stress in your life through the practice of meditation. We will also cover other benefits that practicing mediation can provide including the reduction of stress, promoting emotional health, enhancing self-awareness, and improving memory and sleep.
The presenter for this webinar will be Roxanne Best (Colville). Roxanne is a multi-talented and multi-disciplinary entrepreneur. She is a photographer and operates Roxtography in Omak, WA. Roxanne specializes in lifestyle portraits, special events, and business imagery. She is also a yoga instructor, culinary artist, storyteller, and small business consultant.
