Bruce Bishline, a citizen of Cherokee Nation, brings over 35 years of experience in small business as an owner, teacher, and consultant. For over 25 years, Bruce taught the acclaimed program “How to Start Your Own Business,” guiding countless aspiring entrepreneurs through the intricacies of launching their ventures. In addition to teaching, Bruce provided personalized support to his clients, helping them research and develop their business ideas. Even in retirement, he remains passionate about helping people achieve their entrepreneurial dreams.
Bruce’s diverse work experience spans over 20 years in retail, including 12 years as the owner and operator of a retail hardware store. His entrepreneurial journey also includes ventures in website design, development, and marketing, importing and selling products, and supporting Native American artisans by selling their products and supplying them with necessary materials. Additionally, Bruce has run his own small business consulting firm.
Bruce holds a B.S. in Accounting and is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council. He is also a Certified Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification and a Certified Instructor for the Indianpreneurship Program through ONABEN.
