This session will cover the Indian Arts and Crafts Act (IACA), as well as trademark and copyright regulations, to assist you protect your arts and crafts. We’ll also talk about how to secure your arts and crafts in ecommerce, as well as practical methods you can take to protect your property, such as using certifications of authenticity.
The series has been organized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in collaboration with the United States Department of the Interior’s Indian Arts and Crafts Board and Indian Dispute Resolution Services.
All programs will be recorded and made available for viewing online after the program date. There is no charge to attend, and you may register for any of the webinars as they are announced.
