Joining Airbnb Forums and networking with other Airbnb hosts (Airbnb webinar series #11)

The Airbnb community center is a place to connect with other hosts, share stories, ask for advice, and get updates from the Airbnb team. You can also plan or join meetups. Learn how to start a conversation, contribute to others, tag your conversations so others can find them, and increase bookings based on contributions.
According to the American Indian Alaska Native Tourism Association (AIANTA), visitors to Indian Country has increased by 180% since 2007 and this year around 2 Million overseas tourists will visit tribal communities. Indian Country is becoming a hot-spot for tourist seeking authentic cultural tourism experiences. Tribal members, even those living in remote geographical locations, have the opportunity to generate extra income by renting out a spare room in their home to travelers.
Airbnb offers an opportunity for Native communities to celebrate and promote what makes them unique, and in doing so, provides the opportunity for authentic cultural exchange between locals and visitors. Airbnb is the number one worldwide accommodations leader with listings in 81,000 cities and 191 countries around the world with over 2 million bookings daily.

Each month in 2019, Camille will deliver monthly webinars which takes you step-by-step through starting and operating your own Airbnb business. Live, 20-minute webinars will be hosted the 2nd Tuesday of each month kicking off on January 8th. In between webinars, Camille will provide free personal counseling to any Native entrepreneur who is starting their own Airbnb business.
