DESCRIPTION:Turn Your Ideas into Action \nBuilt on the proven CO.STARTERS Entrepreneurship model\, this interactive three-hour workshop is designed to help participants move from ideas to action. Through guided collaboration\, participants will explore their ideas using the CO.STARTERS Canvas\, gain valuable customer insights\, and define clear\, actionable next steps. \nWhether someone is just getting started\, feeling stuck\, or simply needs a refresher\, this workshop provides the momentum needed to move forward with confidence. \nWhat will you experience: \nThe workshop is focused on three essential areas: \nPart 1: Explore Your Idea\nParticipants are introduced to the CO.STARTERS Canvas and learn how to move ideas out of their heads and into a clear\, structured format. This section also focuses on understanding the customer—who they are\, what they need\, and why it matters. \nPart 2: Refine Your Model\nWith ideas mapped out\, participants learn how to gather and apply meaningful customer feedback. They are encouraged to think small\, test early\, and begin engaging with customers as soon as possible. \nPart 3: Define Next Steps\nParticipants leave with clarity and direction by identifying actionable steps they can take in the next hour\, day\, week\, and month to keep their momentum going. \nWhat You’ll Gain: \n\nClarity around your idea\nA better understanding of your customer\nTools to test and refine your concept\nA clear action plan to move forward\n\nThe Bishop Paiute Tribe’s Introduction to Entrepreneurship will take place on Thursday\, June 11th from 9 am to 12:30 pm.  Registration is open to all community members and the workshop is free to attend.  To register please click on the “Going” button above and fill in your information. \nThe Workshop will be held at the Bishop Tribe’s Tribal Council Conference Room which is located at 50 N. Through the program\, she teaches youth how to explore entrepreneurship and create side hustles which provides them the opportunity to make money while continuing to focus on their education . She has worked in youth development and in nonprofit for the last 18 years\, both writing and facilitating camps across the nation. She has co-facilitated camps with the Drug-Free Communities National Initiative\, Students Working Against Tobacco\, Cherokee Nation Behavioral Health\, ONABEN\, the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse\, and more. Camille dedicated five years of her youth development career as the Chief Operating Officer of Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma. She successfully assisted in one the largest youth entrepreneur programs as she helped build strategy and infrastructure for a cookie sale campaign that led to her local Council selling over 1 million boxes of Girl Scout Cookies in Eastern Oklahoma.\n​\nCamille is a United States Navy Veteran and is proud to have represented the Cherokee Tribe in the military. During the time she served\, only 15.4% of the military was comprised of Native American members\, likewise\, only 4% were female members. She has a Masters Degree in Organizational Management. Camille lives in Jenks\, Oklahoma\, is married to a Firefighter and has three children. \n\nIntroduction to Entrepreneurship is funded in part by the Bishop Paiute Tribe’s TERO Program\, the USDA Rural Business Development\, and the CA Governor’s Office of Business & Economic Development.
